More Than Okay women's support group

Are you feeling better, or just coping?

More Than Okay is a twice-monthly support circle for women in Boulder County. I lead the group with women's holistic nutritionist Tasha Shayne. We combine mental-health guidance, nutrition education, feminine wisdom, and a community of women who understand.

When you've been caring for everyone except yourself

As women, we're often taught to put everyone else first. Stress, anxiety, brain fog and old triggers get pushed aside until they start to affect our relationships, our sleep, our health, and our energy.

When all your energy goes to other people, you can lose track of how to feel okay again. Quick fixes and unhealthy coping habits tend to leave you more drained than before.

Lasting health takes real self-care: grounded mental-health guidance, practical nutrition education, and the support of other women.

How we meet

The circle meets twice a month, in a safe and supportive space where you can share what's been hard and what's going well. Each meeting opens with a mind-body-spirit principle to ground our time together. Then there's room to reflect, talk, and put the ideas to use alongside the other women in the group.

Topics we explore

Cognitive health and clarity

Clearing brain fog and restoring mental focus.

Hormonal and physical regulation

Supporting your body's natural rhythms and energy.

Restorative sleep

Giving an overworked system the rest it needs.

Navigating trauma and stress

Practical tools for self-regulation and emotional resilience.

Archetypal embodiment and ritual

Reclaiming feminine archetypes and an intuitive daily practice to ground your healing.
