What happens to your information on this website.
This page covers the website only. It doesn't cover your sessions or client records.
What the website collects, and where it goes
- Visiting the site
-
I use Fathom Analytics to count visits, see which pages people read and how they found the site, and count actions such as booking a call. Fathom doesn't use analytics cookies, and its reports don't show me who you are.
- Hosting
-
The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles technical details such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
- Booking an intro call
-
The booking calendar comes from Calendly and loads as you reach the booking section of a page. Calendly may set its own cookies. The details you enter go to Calendly and to me so we can hold the call.
- The More Than Okay intake form
-
The form asks for your name, email, phone number, date of birth, what brings you to the group, and any topics you'd like support around. When you send the form, Cloudflare's email service delivers your answers to my inbox, and the website doesn't keep a copy.
Tasha Shayne and I read your answers. We use them to see whether the group is a good fit and to contact you. Because your answers travel by email, share only what you're comfortable putting in an email.
- Emailing or calling me
-
Your messages come to me through my regular email and phone services.
- What the site doesn't have
-
There is no advertising tracking on this site and no mailing list.
- Questions
-
If you have a question about your information, email me.
